These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the ZENDO membership service ("ZENDO"), accessible at zendo.purebeing.eu, operated by PURE BEING by Shalini Mehra. By subscribing to ZENDO, you agree to these Terms in full.
ZENDO is a digital audio membership platform offering hypnotic audio sessions, guided meditations, and wellbeing content for sensitive leaders and entrepreneurs. Content is provided exclusively in digital form and is accessible via the ZENDO web application.
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
ZENDO is offered as a monthly subscription at €7.00 per month (VAT included), processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method.
Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment. You will receive access to all published audio content for the duration of your active membership.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
To cancel, please contact us at connect@purebeing.eu or manage your subscription via your Stripe customer portal.
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of subscription without giving any reason.
However, by subscribing and accessing the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the service and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the service, in accordance with §18 (1) No. 13 Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Access to ZENDO is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Please notify us immediately at connect@purebeing.eu if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
All audio content, texts, graphics, and other materials available through ZENDO are the exclusive intellectual property of PURE BEING by Shalini Mehra and are protected by copyright law. Downloading, sharing, reproducing, or distributing any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
The audio content provided through ZENDO is for informational and wellbeing purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice. PURE BEING by Shalini Mehra accepts no liability for any direct or indirect consequences arising from the use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time, with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required for payment processing (Stripe) and service delivery.
These Terms are governed by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, Austria. For consumer disputes, the mandatory provisions of the consumer's country of residence apply.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes via email. Continued use of ZENDO after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
