Welcome to ZENDO! Shalini Mehra ("we", "us", or "our") provides relaxation, mindfulness, and self-improvement audio sessions through our web application at zendo.purebeing.eu (the "App" or "Services"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully because they govern your use of our Services.
International audience & language. ZENDO is offered worldwide. All Terms, policies, and in-app content are provided in English, which is the binding language of this agreement. By using the Services you confirm that you understand English at a level sufficient to give informed consent to these Terms.
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or subscribing.
The audio sessions, scripts, and any other information provided within the ZENDO App are designed for relaxation, stress relief, and personal development.
You understand and agree that the Services are not intended, designed, or implied to diagnose, prevent, or treat any psychological or medical condition, to provide medical or health advice, or to be a substitute for professional medical or psychiatric care.
Do not use the Services while driving, operating heavy machinery, or performing other tasks that require your full attention. Your use of the Services is at your own risk.
Fees and Billing
ZENDO offers access to its audio library via a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. "Paddle" will appear as the seller on your bank or credit card statement. By initiating a transaction, you authorise Paddle to charge your provided payment method on our behalf. Refund requests are handled by Paddle in accordance with their policies and our Refund Policy.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. You will be charged using the payment method on file via Paddle. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal to avoid further charges.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting us at connect@purebeing.eu. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:
We aim to keep the Services available and reliable, but we do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if: (a) you materially breach these Terms; (b) your payment fails or your account becomes overdue; (c) we reasonably believe your use creates a security, fraud, or legal risk; or (d) we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give you prior notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
All content provided within the ZENDO App, including audio recordings, scripts, texts, graphics, logos, and images, is the exclusive property of Shalini Mehra and is protected by Austrian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and listen to the content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shalini Mehra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, intent, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your subscription.
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes will be the competent courts located in Schwaz, Tyrol, Austria. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
ZENDO is not an AI product. The Services contain no chatbot, AI assistant, emotion recognition, biometric analysis, or automated profiling of users, and we do not use AI to assess or diagnose your health. All audio sessions are written and spoken by Shalini Mehra; we do not use synthetic or cloned voices. Certain illustrative visuals (for example background artwork and session covers) are created or enhanced with generative AI tools and are labelled accordingly.
